Q: What are your Hours of Operation?
We are open Tuesday to Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday & Sunday 10am to 6pm. We are closed on Mondays.
Q: How much is a Doughnut?
A: Regular doughnuts are $4 each, Premium Doughnuts are $5 each. Vegan Doughnuts are $4.50 each Premium Vegan doughnuts are $5-$5.50 each. Vegan Fritters are $5.75 each. Dots are $1 each.
Q: Is there a discount if I buy a dozen?
A: No, we do not offer a discount for purchases of a dozen. However. there is no tax charged on doughnuts if you purchase 6 or more.
Q: Do you have Vegan Options?
A: Yes, we make a small selection of vegan doughnuts that are dairy free. If you have a dairy allergy, we do not recommend consuming our products. Our facility is NOT a Nut/Tree Nut/Wheat/Dairy/Eggs/Citric Acid free environment, and we cannot guarantee that there has not been any cross contamination.
Q: Do you have Gluten Free Products?
A: No, we do not make any Gluten Free products. If you have a Wheat allergy, we do not recommend consuming our products. Our facility is NOT a Nut/Tree Nut/Wheat/Dairy/Eggs/Citric Acid free environment, and we cannot guarantee that there has not been any cross contamination.
Q: Are you Peanut/Tree Nut Free?
A: No, we are not a Nut Free Facility. If you have a Peanut or Tree Nut allergy, we do not recommend consuming our products. Our facility is NOT a Nut/Tree Nut/Wheat/Dairy/Eggs/Citric Acid free environment, and we cannot guarantee that there has not been any cross contamination.
Q: Do you have diabetic options?
A: Sorry, no we do not.
Q: Can doughnuts be put aside for later pick up? Can we hold doughnuts to be picked up later? Can I place an order for today?
A: No sorry we do not take orders or hold doughnuts on the same day, even with payment. Doughnuts are available for walk-in purchases. To place an order for doughnuts please send an email request to [email protected] or click on the “Contact Us” section to send a request through the website. Please include the following information:
- Requested order date
- Preferred pick-up time (12pm-5pm)
- Number of Doughnuts/British Items required
- Doughnut flavour selections
- Any additional information requests

Q: Do you make Custom or Mini doughnuts?
Custom doughnuts range in price from $4.50 to $10 each depending on the details and prep work involved. We do make mini doughnuts for custom orders. Mini doughnuts are $3.00(Reg) $3.75(Vegan); premium flavours would be $3.50 each, premium vegan $3.75 each for flavours from the menu. Unfortunately, Stuffed doughnuts, Fritters and Bob Marley’s are not available in the mini size. Any requests for flavours that are not on the menu are considered custom. Custom orders require a minimum of 1 week’s notice. Order spaces are limited and must be prepaid in advance via e-transfer to receive confirmation.
Q: Do you cater doughnuts for weddings/Corporations or large orders?
A: Yes, we do! Large volume/corporate or wedding orders a week minimum notice is require but is subject to availability. A deposit of $50 is required to secure larger volume/corporate/wedding orders. A deposit may also be required for some custom orders. Placing a deposit in advance will ensure the order date is confirmed.
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: No we do not offer delivery. We are open for walk-in service daily.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at 5-589 North Service Road in Mississauga near the QEW and Cawthra Road.
Q: Do you have a menu, does it change? What is on the menu?
A: Our menu changes every month. Some doughnuts are always on the menu: Homer Simpson, Maple Bacon, Plain Jane, Strawberry Bob Marley, Lemon/or Lime Bob Marley and Carrot Cake.
Q: What is a Bob Marley?
A: A Bob Marley is a round traditional English Jam doughnut (usually Strawberry filled) we call them Bob Marley’s cause “they be jam-in” 😉
Q: Do you make your doughnuts fresh every day? Do you sell day-old doughnuts?
A: Our doughnuts are made fresh everyday. We make our dough 24 hours in advance for a slow cold proof rise. We do not sell day old doughnuts.
Q: When did you open?
A: Daddy O was established in 2013 by Sarah and Aaron Harris with a small booth at the Port Credit Farmer’s Market. We slowly built up our clientele and opened our first location at 5-589 North Service Road on July 9, 2016.
We offer a variety of gourmet handmade doughnuts and British Baked goods made fresh daily. We also offer a small variety of vegan doughnuts. We also sell British imported good including a variety of chocolates, crisps, drinks, cookies, and other British items.
Q: Are all your doughnuts filled/stuffed?
A: Some of our doughnuts are filled with jams, curds, whipped cream, chocolate bars etc. Some of them are just ring doughnuts topped with delicious goodness! Some people like their doughnuts filled some people do not. Some people like their doughnuts with crazy or inventive toppings, some just prefer the simplicity of the Plain Jane doughnut.
Q: Are your doughnuts Baked or Fried?
A: Our doughnuts are always fried! In our opinion ALL doughnuts are fried…baked doughnuts are not doughnuts they are cupcakes shaped like doughnuts! ☺
Q: What’s the most popular doughnut?
A: Our most popular doughnut is the Homer Simpson, which is a Pink Vanilla Dip. Simple but amazing!
