Three reasons to give DaddyO a whirl:
1 |
Flavour: |
30 flavours and counting, though not all offered on the same day. All the more reason to drop in often and taste what’s fresh from the oven.
Flip out on the sweet simplicity of our vanilla dipped Homer, indulge in our sinful red velvet. Or boldly savour the “all Canadian” deliciousness of our Maple Bacon. Yes, we’ve got a flavour for everyone. See our menu.
Plus, we are Vegan friendly, with a rotating menu of delicious Vegan choices.
2 |
Fresh: |
All our doughnuts are handcrafted daily, using the freshest-possible ingredients: real butter, milk, flour, cocoa, vanilla bean, fresh fruit – and even local bacon from the Port Credit Farmers market! For our Vegan selections, we max out on the taste, using only the finest and freshest plant-based ingredients.

Old-Fashioned: |
From vintage recipes handed down from Daddyo, all the way to our service friendly, retro decor, we take you back to when times were simpler, and doughnuts were truly divine.
About the bakers:
Local bakers with a proud British heritage
Aaron and Sarah Harris are two second-generation Brits who are passionate about baking the old-fashioned way. Sarah’s father worked as a professional British baker in England during the 1950s and now the baton has passed to within the family to keep the tradition alive. Sarah’s family has ties to one of the original Pie and Mash shops in London which are still around today. Veterans of the food and beverage industry, they envisioned ‘DaddyOs’ as a place to rewind to happy days and enjoy a wholesome baking style with a dash of gourmet decadence.
The result is a warm and welcoming doughnut shop designed to bring back old memories or inspires new ones.
